For those of you who are considering a last-minute trip to Salt Lake City for the Shareholder Meeting on Tuesday, this might help. American weekly publishes fares for discounted travel departing Friday evening or Saturday and returning Monday or Tuesday. 4. Additional Rules and Restrictions
NET SAAVER FARES RESTRICTIONS:
Fares shown do not include a $2 federal excise tax which will be imposed on
each U.S. Domestic flight segment of your itinerary. A flight segment is
defined as one takeoff and one landing. Reduced rate fares are available
only during the specific week in which they are published via E-mail.
Tickets must be purchased within 24 hours of making reservations. Seats are
limited. Fares may not be available on all flights and are subject to change
without notice. Tickets are nonrefundable; however changes to your ticket may
be made if you pay a $75 USD/$101 CAD service charge and meet the restrictions
applicable to the new fare. Standby for Friday travel is restricted to
flights after 7:00 p.m., and is only permitted in nonstop markets. Canadian
taxes of up to $22 may apply and are not included in advertised price. Local
airport charges of up to $12 per round-trip may be collected in addition to
the advertised price. Stopovers are not allowed. Offer not available in
conjunction with any American or other airline's discount, coupon, or
promotional offer. A portion of travel may be on American Eagle, American's
regional airline associate. Net SAAver Fares is a trademark and

AADVANTAGE NET SAAVER AWARD RESTRICTIONS:
Co-payments are nonrefundable. AAdvantage DIAL-IN service is not available
for claiming these awards. Awards subject to special limitations on seating
availability. Reduced rate awards are available only during the specific week
in which they are published via E-mail. Seats are limited. Awards may not be
available on all flights and are subject to change without notice. Neither
paid upgrades nor ticket reissues are allowed with this offer. Awards are
valid only for the time period and city pairs for which they are issued.
Changes to unused, unexpired travel awards are not allowed. However,
unexpired miles from totally unused tickets can be reinstated into the
member's account for a $50 USD reinstatement fee. Expired miles or expired
tickets will not be reinstated. Hotel and car certificates are not included
with these awards. At no time may AAdvantage mileage credit or travel awards
be purchased, sold, or bartered. Any such mileage or awards are void if
transferred for cash or other considerations. Violators may be liable for
damages, litigation, and transaction costs. Fraud or abuse concerning
AAdvantage mileage credit or award usage is subject to appropriate
administrative and/or legal action by American including, without limitation,
the forfeiture of all award certificate(s), tickets issued against award
certificates and any accrued mileage in member's account, as well as
cancellation of the account. Use of award tickets that have been acquired by
purchase or for any other consideration may result in the tickets being
confiscated. If a trip has commenced, any continued travel will be at the
passenger's expense on a full-fare basis. AAdvantage travel awards, mileage
accrual and special offers are subject to government regulations. Any departure
fee, immigration fee, tax liability or passenger facility charge is the
responsibility of the passenger and/or AAdvantage member. American Airlines
cooperative service agreement flights operated by other airlines are not
eligible for award travel. AAdvantage Net SAAver Awards do not accrue mileage.
All other AAdvantage rules apply. American Airlines may find it necessary to
change AAdvantage program rules, regulations, travel awards and special offers
at any time. This means that American may initiate changes impacting, for
example, participant affiliations, rules for earning mileage credit, mileage
levels and rules for the use of travel awards, continued availability of
travel awards, blackout dates and limited seating for travel awards, and the
