Jon Tomkins has shown complete arrogance if not disdain toward his individual shareholders. Under his leadership, the company is not interested in communicating fairly with them. I don't and won't own KLAC for that reason. His behaviour causes me to feel that he has something to hide and is doing so. I doubt that he'd even glance at a shareholder proposal and you're not going to get institutional support. Every now and again, arrogant twits need to be reminded that they are subject to regulation and regulators. Normally I would agree with you that "less" government is "better" government. not this time. Ian.
