Good points... but, if you follow the logic in my previous post wrt to product/support mix, it looks like the managers still don't have a good handle on the pipeline. Last quarter they indicated that the revenue range would be 103 - 120 million. 76 million (by my calculations) is ways off. What was the reason for that? I would have gladly taken Y2K as the scapegoat... but when CSCO pays 6.5 million per employee for Geotel, I get worried that there is something more...
