Zeev, you're right already. See this news story below. Rambus Inc. (Nasdaq:RMBS - news) was trading at 44 after closing at 41-1/8. The company said its quarterly results for the remainder of the calendar year are expected to be ''no better than flat'', compared with second quarter figures. It also said the company outlook ''continues to be very bright.''
