Harry,
I think the company viewed Winfield as the impetus to bring it's share price up to somewhere north of a $1.00. Then, I think they
were going to do some warrant financing and make some good property
acquisitons in the GRB. Unfortunately, the rest is history. I believe that it was a set back. However, I do believe they are
moving in the right direction presently. Time will tell.
