I was just reading over the shareholders report. As if we don't have enough concerns...I was reading about the Hoyt Properties vs. Ancor litigation in progress. Does anyone know anything more about this case than what's in the short report? Of particular concern are the last two sentences. "The Company is unable to determine at this time if there will be a material adverse outcome. No provision has been made for any loss that may occur as a result of an adverse outcome in the suit." The amount of damages being asked for is in excess or $2.5 million. Unlike the recently settled case, there is no insurance money available for this suit if the judgement goes against Ancor.
