Zeus, L If you want to see shoveling by the truckload, check out FAMH or NYRR....but I do understand what you are saying and your concern. Any way you look at it tho, there are no guarantees. I remember one stock last year that went to far as to include in a press release that there would be no further dilution and in a matter of weeks they issued more. There just are no guarantees.
