Well, looks like they got me - Yorkton and friends, that is. I saw a huge selloff going on today (hundreds of thousands of shares) and, because I cannot ever find out a damned thing about the stock or what is happening, in the interest of caution, I sold. Right after that, the stock resumed to its previous high level on a relatively small number of shares traded. Yorkton was on both sides. The end result is that I break even rather than make money. So now I know why everyone with smarts has always told me never to buy Canadian stocks. I know that this can happen with BB stocks which amounts to about the same thing. So, I hereby swear off each forever and wish you all the best of luck. This occurrence today might mark the beginning of a large rise in the stock price. They may merely have been blowing us out to pick up cheap stock. If that's the case, they succeeded. Bitter? Nah, not me. Wiser? That remains to be seen. Adios.
