hhhmmmm......an english speaking country with no income tax returns to file.....how about the Bahamas?? no income tax there...nothing to file......actually not much to do but go to the beach....drink goombay smashes, margaritas, rum punches or whatever tickles your fancy......and I'm sure somewhere there must be a tv so you can get your daily dose of hunks :-)
