Last December there was a lot of excitement about how well Southpark and T2 were doing-before Christmas they seemed to be universally sold out at a lot of sites-we were expecting a blowout quarter and I think some of the big money that came into the stock expected the same thing. When Fish spoke at the January CC, he gave some sales projections that were decent but nothing really special-I was disappointed because with two big hits coming out right before Christmas and no monster quarter, what would it take to have a $150,000,000+ quarter? Also there was information re the company having to compute its earnings based on 75,000,000 shares outstanding-this is rather involved, but it deals with accounting procedures dictating that because the stock has risen above the exercise price of various stock options and convertibles, the company must compute its earnings including those additional shares, EVEN THOUGH IT DOESN"T GET TO INCLUDE THE BENENFIT OF THE APPROXIMATE $100,000,000 in additional capital it would have to work with. Without those additonal shares for last quarter earnings would have been .27 instead of .21-pretty significant.
Anyway thats my theory for most of the drop in the price of the stock-over at Yahoo we have a very active board that averages 50-100 posts a day-stop on by-some if it is BS, but theres a lot more talk about aklm over there.
