There is only one 144 listed and it was entered on 4/1/99. Remember that was way back when when ECEC was a penny stock.

I wouldn't worry to much about someone intending to sell such a small amount of shares. Remember before an insider can sell restricted shares he/she must first file the intent. This in no way indicates that the shares were sold.

Here is the link. DO you own DD. But anyway, relax and enjoy the ride to opening day an $50 a share.
