Peter,

I don't mean to disagree with you, but there weren't any trades going off at the $20+ prices after hours. Whatever source you are using (ie. Bloomberg, Bridge, etc.) list all late reported or usually canceled trades after 4:00. Wishful thinking though, but we will in all likelihood see an open around the $14 close.

I think SVRN is a steal at these prices - mgt. is strong, growth is great, and the downgrade today was price based only. A legitimate Bank doing business on the internet is much more attractive than some little undercapitalized internet "pure play" bank. Bank investing is almost the antithesis to internet investing, safe and steady. Would you put your money in any Bank that could be here today and gone tomorrow? Your money is rock-safe with Sovereign, but as the CEO said today i-banking won't happen until the 3rd or 4th quarter - too long for some of us who are used to instant gratification. Best of luck to all!!!
