Can anyone recommend a good online broker? E*Trade's slow access or no access is killing me.

Presumably, a new online broker would offer the following:

1. Free RT Quotes.
2. Low Commission Rates.
3. Low margin loan rates.
4. High money market rates.
5. Fast access.
6. Fast telephone customer service when needed.

( Datek need not apply. )
