Wade, Wade, Wade,

Point #1 MRVC beat full year 96 estimates by 11c/share.
Thats right, the genius analysts started their 96# at
35c/share. MRVC did .46c per share. At our current and
historical rate without any more shares EPS = Q1/19
Q2/23, Q3/27, Q4/31c ==1 dollar. This is par for MRVC's
coarse. You gotta remember Wade analysts dont always
have the answers MRVC is a perfect example of low
balling the #s. Another good example is dell last year
people thought they would only earn 2.75 in 96 . By the
end of the year they had blown away every "analyst" on
the street.

Point #2 Bay is way behind the game and has not had EPS
visability for a whole year. Just give me 1 good quarter
bay and i might buy the stock.

POINT #3 CSCC is ATM not Fast Ethernet. No excelleration
in quarter to quarter momentum in eps or FRAME relay .

POINT #3 cisco is trying to lock other vendors out of th
e network. That was fine when they had all of the
answers and ROUTERS were king. Now they are late with
product and are seeing q to q momentum slow.(read L.A.
times article) You cant compare a large cap like cisco
to mrvc.

Point #4 coms is highly exposed to t he low end
commodity buisness of cards and switches. They have
design problems in the high end as well.
