The substantiation is very clear. It is found in the terms of their departure from previous organizations. You can look it up - and should do so - if you have an interest in VLNC to protect.

For example, Dawson's controversial departure from VLNC after his last tenure is documented. It is a verifiable matter that Westwood One was performing poorly and that management changes were made in response. The matters I raised are objectively determinable. There are no allegations. I stated facts. A number of people new to VLNC in the past year had less than sterling records in their previous posts. Several of them did not leave as part of a normal transition of management or succession of control. Look it up.
