Why does there have to be an end ?

Good point. I don't think there will be a complete "end", ever. These stocks, or at least this sector, will always be around. Even downward spirals -- should one take place in this sector -- decay and come to a stop above the dirt.

I was wondering that there could be a gradual decay of share prices without any obvious stimulus or trigger.
