Possible sector rotation is my point as well, I made it to someone on a different board earlier i.e. the upbeat mood on SI because the small caps are moving. Look at the Russell 2000, bigcharts.com The small cap 600 is also budging, soon to test resistance, that will be the key...a sustained move. bigcharts.com Both of these indexes were up today as well although the data is not yet on the chart proper. I keep a "smallcap 10", it's moving for the first time in awhile. Stan
