PC QUOTE INC said it formed a strategic partnership under which users of its Internet site, pcquote.com, will have access to CNNfn's original financial news. As a part of the agreement, CNNfn will acquire a minority equity position in PCQuote.com, PC Quote's new subsidiary. CNNfn is unit of TIME WARNER INC HOLDING CO.
