It has been posted on the Ragingbull that the bashers many times are shorters. The short positions are like Hyenas after a Lion kill. They gather in mass and try to unnerve the lions and steal the meal. Sometimes the short positions do find themselves in the same situation Hyenas are in when the rest of the lions from the pride come to the kill. The stock goes up and the shorts have to run to cover their positions. Even when a stock makes a big run the hyenas will always show up at some point. I don't mind as long as I have played the lion part and have eaten my fill. The shorts can aid in driving the stock price down and many times I can just load up again. Luck be with the Lions. After all Luck is when preparation meets opportunity.
