Never thought there were guarantees. But when management says one thing and does another, then it's definitely a reflection on management and their attitude towards their shareholders. As in they could really care less. The action in the stock today was not promising in my opinion. No real follow through from the Form 10 filing which indicates to me that the market didn't think a whole lot of it and I can't say I blame them. They've got to do better than that if they really want to win some respect from investors and potential investors.
