Blue, late last night on the news, there was a minute-long medical piece reporting that drinking green tea had been proved in a study to be significantly helpful to rheumatoid arthritis patients. They gave no more information than that. But green tea is so good for you in any case, being a cancer fighter, that it wouldn't hurt you to drink the stuff. I make it by the pitcher almost every day. It's a little boring, so sometimes i add a teabag or two of ginger tea or lemon tea, or orange spice, or mint, sometimes a little honey. We've even gotten to like it. Maybe you could find this study by searching the net....
