Here is a reply from Roman at Exall to my recent query about the status of the litigation. Dear Rudy, Good question; but I'm afraid I don't have an answer. The appeal was heard and we are waiting on a decision which our lawyer says can take a few months. Hang in there, its coming! Regards, SGR
