Whatever you do, do NOT try Waterhouse via Jack White....I waited an hour to make a trade on the phone, never got answered, then went over there in person and waited another hour in the lobby. Market was closed when I got to a human and he says "so what?". they lost money from my account (more than $100k), instituted a margin loan in it's place to make up for it, charged me more than $5k interest, charged me wrong commsisions, and then told me I could go see a NASD arbitrator. SEC is too busy tracking down those little net theives to deal with the Grey suited Conneticut banker types who run Waterhouse. And all the time, they hide back East giving out more rules and making the place unlivable. Beware...
