Victor Let me state upfront that I am Long CPQ,want the company to be successful and I am not trying to be negitive. Possible evidence for Cpq to end up in the teens. 1 pc sales are slowing,Intel warning of 2nd quarter flat sales,and earnings. 2 Cpq warning for 1st quarter that earning will be Less than half of original estimates. 3 Management has lost total credibility. 4 Cpq can not<show me the money> for over the last few years. 5 Wall street will not tolerate being lied to. 6 AV might be overstated in CPQ shareholders minds. a.Most internet IPO's are only a few million shares,that appears to create the demand that drives the stocks into the heavens. b. DuPont,Dole Foods,GM,had IPO's where todays price is either just higher or lower than original IPO price. c. CPQ has to many outstanding shares to give each shareholder any sufficient amount of value. These are some of the factors that I see could land this this stock in the teens. barber
