Hi M: I know a few people who have to sell stock to pay their taxes for the first time ever. The Roth conversion wacked them big time. More tax due than ever, abnormally high quarterly payments for the next three years, I just figured there must be an awful lot of people scattered through the U.S. in the same boat they are.
