Who would want to?? I personally like dealing with my local banks. I can walk in and sit down and talk to them, tell them what I want to do, and usually walk out with a handshake agreement. The next time I see them is at the settlement table where I sign the papers. It's that easy. I have a feeling that folks must be thinking it's going to be easier to do it on the net. Baloney. If your credit sucks, you are screwed no matter where you fill out the application. There are a boatload of companies offering mortgages on the internet. FNHC is nothing special, really.
