I, too, can only guess. You said it yourself in your previous post. Someone else wanted in on this play and was the recipient of the sweet deal of 3 million shares at 0.75. The 3 million was never meant for us peons. We already had our chance to get what we wanted at that price even after SWG settled CNB's debt by taking 5 million shares at $1.00. What I do like is we still have a chance to get in at around $1.00 quite easily out of the market today and yet the warrants have a strike price of $1.40. At some point in the future, I'm quite certain that 0.75, 0.80, or even $1.40 are prices to be laughed at. We shall see.
Why would SWG not have done the JV deals that Kennecott and SUF jumped at?
SWG has excellent management. They are good at attracting money - not spending it. They have dozens of projects at hand. They got in on the ground floor on most, if not all, of these projects and shopped them around to majors and stuck deals when the time was right. They have effectively done the same thing here IMO but this time, by letting Junior (CNB) show that they've learned from Papa (SWG).
