I was wondering the same thing. I know that the AG business is soft this year and I was hoping they would buy Monsanto or Zeneca. This is a long term one for me and I definitely liked it better in the 80's but as far as the run-up it is probably a combination of many factors like dividend yield, higher oil prices, low relative valuation, cost cutting measures, etc.

It is nice to have some stability in the portfolio for when the techs get slaughtered - like today....
