Ha Ha Ha.... <Alliance Pharmaceutical Corp. (Nasdaq: ALLP - news) announced today that it will be filing a registration statement promptly for a public offering of up to 10,000,000 shares of its common stock.> I'm hearing it's oversubscribed @ 2 1/2.................... cents!
