What we need is the lawyer that extracted $50M from Lerach's pocket and those of his partners. The WSJ story indicated that they had no liability insurance.

Sounds like they were a little cocky this time in believing that they would always be "above the law".

There's absolutely nothing to stop someone from attempting to put a shareholder resolution on the next proxy. ... and it just might pass. I doubt it.

Giving KLAC's past behaviour, I would fully expect them to ignore any gentle suggestions from the SEC as well.
