Hi Ken,

I wonder how the Judge feels now. It was incredible how he allowed only one appraisal of the company. I can't think of any other situation where only one appraisal was accepted by a court. You certainly wrote some very impressive letters to the court. All of this was pointed out.

I thought that one of the large stockholders would appeal the decision.
