UGHHHHHHHHHHH.
Today hurt. Alot. 1) I didnt have any stops in 2) I was out of range of a cpu for several hours due to an business lunch (this job is just killing my trading) 3) I was almost fully invested.

These three things did not bode well for my holdings today which were negative across the board. I did manage to pick up a bunch of USWB options near the low of the day (to add to a severely damaged position) and I got butchered in SVRN which I bought this morning at 23. Add the disasters of TBFC, BVSN, XTON, GBLX, VRIO, NAVR, AWRE (which I bought today at 73, so not too bad) MHMY, NSOL and even BKS and BYND. Everything down. Believe it or not I lost 25% of my entire portfolio today. Five figures (barely, but still 5!) However, over just the last two weeks I have been up a sparkling 100%. That, obviously cushions the blow but still this is some one day hit. The volitility in my portfolio since I have increased my exposure to options is just unbeleivable. So far I can handle it but caution is needed. Crazy stuff.

If it weren't for the three things I list at the top my losses would have been far less severe. But I acted carelessly and it cost me dearly.

Funny how these lessons are often so damn expensive.
Hoping for a better day tomorrow.
