Ok gang, I've searched the entire US Court system for cases involving LONE or NAAC. Here's what I found in a nutshell:

They were involved in 8 civil cases since 1992 that are now all settled. It appeared that all were dismissed or settle out of court.

They are currently involved in 5 cases stemming from three main cases:

LONE is suing debenture holders (RICO case)
LONE is being sued for involentary bankruptcy
LONE is being sued by Ira Gottshall (former director) LONE is countersuing

I am just amazed at the wrestling going on. Now I'm the farthest thing from a lawyer, but I've been reading this stuff all night and although I can't define all the jargon, it's amazing.

Bankruptcy
Looks like things are in the hands of Judge Little of the Louisiana Western District Court now. LONE has been before him in the past during the NAIL case where a compromise was reached and approved by Judge Little.

RICO Case
Very complex case with lots of players and many wranglings.

Gottshall Case
Flat out a pissing contest.

Could be fun!

If anyone wants a copy of the dockets let me know Monte_Christo@worldnet.att.net
