You are correct, the attitude has changed. They care only about making money so they will care if you leave. Right now they are advertising so heavily they don't notice the customers leaving. They have a net inflow of customer, but that eventually will change if they don't take care of existing customers. I think they have a pretty good system for executing orders, but they sure can't solve any problems if they occur. I'm sure they will never correct my 1099, but I will continue to post until they do. I plan to move once I pay down some margin and let some options expire. Good Luck, Doug
