Sam, I would say from the sounds of what he had to say, they are trying very hard to get their act together. He was open and willing to discuss almost any subject, his only hesitation was regarding the SEC. I'm not really concerned about selling, I can easily hold for long term if i have to, but I would like to see things heading in the right direction. At this point, if we just hold tight we may find this delisting to be a blessing in disguise in the long run as it will force them to be a reporting company, but that's just my guess. Jim J
