Hi! Subman, Some companies get the pump and dump we just seem to get the dump from insiders selling off millions of shares! JMO! I'm hoping that when the dumping is over that we the lowly shareholders will have our day to see some market appreciation of our shares! Time WIll Tell! If these shares being sold off are in fact shares of restricted stock that have been freed up to sell into the market I wonder what is motivating all the buying ----I read somewhere that the MM's were buying the shares but that doesn't make a lot of sense to me--or maybe I just don't understand what game or manipulation scenario they are playing! I'm assuming that it will remain a mystery to the shareholders until NYRR Management feels they want to inform the shareholders what is going on with our investment! Management should really have a good close look in the mirror and try to remind themselves that NYRR is a public company with many shareholders throughout North America and it's about time that they started informing them in a meaningful factual and timely manner! JMO! Still waiting to see some sort of indication from the company that supports what I was told on my last phone call to NYRR Management --namely that the NYRR Shareholders are very high on their priority list!-Was that fluff or real!- We bettor start getting some answers soon or I plan to start contacting the SEC to see if I can get to the bottom of a few things! Life would be so much easier for all if the shareholders were kept updated!--Oh well! Everyone has choices--and I am like Subman --getting real fed up waiting to have NYRR honor their committments to the shareholders! The way I see it--if the Company does not keep it's shareholders informed of what is going on with the company ( positive or otherwise) it is the same to me as slamming the door in my face! My guess the Management follows the various NYRR Threads--well they should know by now there are many very unhappy shareholders! JMO! Not much time to go until June 1st.--it bettor be good! JMO!
