Thank-you Gramps for your remarks... They do seem to leave me with more comments however..

(A) I don't see it being uncommon or wrong, to self-appoint a receiver manager by the company. Many businesses do it for several good reasons. First Nations do it (probably reluctantly) working with INAC and/or Co-Managers too. Private business hire consultants all the time. Is it not good business practice to work WITH secured creditors and government officials, rather than AGAINST?

(B) Do you have any links or references about the legalities you claim with regards to the stock exchange? I'd like to read them and see for myself if this is true before I start emailing government officials for queries about this. I actually enjoy that type of stuff! :)

(C) It seems that it should be "good news" that CMEI requires more time to continue their due diligence ... "More to meet the eye" so-to-speak, from their viewpoint?

(D) According to $Vol of shares traded today $28k according to stockwatch, I would probably expect more trading to go on for a hostile takeover bid.. Besides, it wasn't halted today with the other 40 companies Subject-27419

(E) Maybe some news releases from this self-appointed Receiver Manager on its progress might be warranted. I'd be interested in that before throwing stones.

Take Care.
