j,

I don't sweat insider selling as I normally pull a report from Vickers that show trades. It is a rare oppurtunity to find meaningful buying which is usually a good sign. Guidant was an example lately.

For selling, I see 95% of the reports show consistant selling. It has no meaning to me, unless the sells are extreme. How many stocks do you own? Would you keep all your portfolio in one stock? Insider selling makes sense for financial diversifacation if nothing else.

So, unless you are expecting extremes of selling by insiders, I wouldn't consider normal trades as worry.

Are you expecting extremes insider of selling?
