Decent points, Mogul, but you are missing the big picture.
1) The stock price and market cap are very cheap. If this was at $3-5, then you might have a point.
2) It is obvious to everyone about the $50M mentioned in the PR. The stock would obviously be at $5 or more if that were guaranteed. Yes, I do think the PR was worded kind of badly, but I certainly don't consider it a big deal.
3) They are beginning marketing NOW and their price is very reasonable and the website is up for others to try out the software. They are mailing or handing out 30,000 CD's. If there are competitors, tell me the price and where I can get their software.
4) They have a second technology, the Phon-net Yellow Pages coming which is very exciting
5) They have several companies co-maketing with them, including the former CEO of Xerox, Canada.
6) The Internet Supershow will give them great exposure.
7) Their software is $500 per year, so they will have ongoing revenues.
But the #1 reason that your concerns are unfounded is that theis stock is very CHEAP.
People often seem to overlook that the reason a stock is CHEAP is because it is not perfect in some way.
When they really get their act together, the stock can easily hit $2.00 |
