Call me naive, but I dont see any reasonable way to "fudge" the number of subscribers. Its not exactly a fuzzy term. The reason they can hit the estimates so well is quite simple. They know how many installers they have. They know how many installs/day can be done. They know how many days there are in a quarter. As Rocketman would I'm sure agree-- It ain't rocket science. Eric P.S. I'm sure that @home is actually happy that there is a limited growth rate in the subscribers. Gives them time to grow the network to fit. The worst thing that could happen is to get a user only install too soon. Imagine the sudden surge to 4 Million users!
