As far as the halt trading.Yes it was an important announcement for a small public company without any business interest The same announcement would be minor to major companies.As far as the stock price I don't expect it to go over $40.00 at least not for the next 125 years.I think it will run up to the high nineties and then settle back a bit,but I am only guessing.
