If it were "eyeballs," IATV would win anyway...

Far more people have access to CATV than to the Internet.

In terms of advertisement, for instance, it means a lot.
Please try to imagine what you could achieve, if you could make
TV interactive...
I always use a football game as a case: You can "click" a player and
access their personal profile. There, you learn that your favorite
player recommends a special piece of equipment. You click another
link, and you have an opportunity to purchase that piece of
equipment. That's turning people watching TV into impulsive buyers.
It's good for business.
People who watch TV, on the other hand, gain a far better experience,
where they can interact with their favorite events.

Brief, in terms of "eyeballs," IATV still wins.
