Gerry...you are correct in you posting....If you look at the "Annual Meeting of Stockholder" you can see that most of the additional
25 million share's are set a side for "Fishbach,Scoroposki,Cousens
and Eilber...thier conpensation in addition too salary are also
receiveing of stock option's.....while it does'nt make up all the option that have to be add on...it sure helps to lower the bottom
line...from .27 cent to .21 is a big amount....PS..most of the option
they have can be exercise at a price of 4.02 to 4.12....It would be nice to have them should faith in the company and their stockholder
and "Buy" some stock.....IMO...Long on AKLM....
