Jeff, you are not as astute as you may think you are. Better sign up for a PI course before you draw too many more conclusions. You may have noticed that I have posted messages on many threads other than those you mention. I don't work for any company, but I do have shares in many in this forum which I bought with my own money. You don't require my e-mail address as you can contact me through this forum. Readers can judge for themselves if my comments make any sense and respond accordingly, effectively perform their due diligence. Some friends showed me your AGM material and asked for my comments. Needless to say, Mr. Neeld is pushing the envelop in asking for this deal given that the company doesn't/hasn't performed up to expectations yet. I stand by my original posting. Like I said, when he delivers the goods he should be rewarded-not before then. Three hundred thousand escrow shares at .01 cents each??? As for yourself, you sound like you're paid to monitor this thread and flame critics-hardly an unbiased position. You get paid to defend the company management, and well you should but don't BS me about them not being well paid. NK
