I have been wondering about who are the major holders in TSIS. Below is an email that I sent to Don Cameron last week...No response yet. Good Morning Don I need some difficult questions answered. I am a share holder who has been with you for over 18 months. My concern is who controls the majority of TSIS's shares. I have heard that there is approximately 15 million float. Who owns that other 14.5 million shares. Banks? Board Members? your friends? your family? With Interactive Telesis experiencing explosive growth, people are still selling. What am I missing? If TSIS is so undervalued, insiders should be loading up at these incredible prices. Is your team buying shares in their company? As president and CEO, you hold 900,000 shares. If you believe that the future looks great, why have you not increased your holdings. If management only controls a small percentage of outstanding shares, what is stopping another company from taking a controlling interest. Well I said enough I appreciate your opinion.
