I am quite sure they will not announce intentions to spin off and the street should probably be aware of that by now. Yesterday's drop was in sympathy with the rest of net stocks and on low volume. I think if there is a large focus on the press release on Travelocity earnings/growth stats and the company beats estimates we should get a few points. Roader
