you are correct.....about changing frying pans, no question. I would say DLJ direct however, has the best software....absolutely great on a comparative basis, extremely fast server response time..... negatives are....if you need to talk to someone.....the wait time is far too long...even on the VIP line. But..... I've managed even block trades from the software without any problems...so, so far I'm impressed... hope that helps... regards Joel BTW: you can forget fidelity and NDB as well..... would be worse than discover.
