AR,

>>Buffett says "virtually all" stocks too expensive<<

>>Amvescap
Unilever
Reckitt & Colman
Diageo
Cadbury Schweppes
Vodafone
Reuters Group<<

Nobody seems to care what Buffett thinks about the values any more.

I found the above list interesting.

I own Diagio right now but I wouldn't add to it.

I bought Cadbury Schwepps in the mid 30s but sold it after part of the big run up.

I owned Reuters and was making a few dollars when their controversy with Bloomberg about stealing software popped up. Since I couldn't quantify the problem I took my few dollars and ran. It has since rallied sharply (rats).

I have casually looked at Uniliever.

I was doing some buying in Eurpoe (mostly ADRs) a couple of years ago when the values in the US started getting crazy, but were still OK in Europe. Europe appears very expensive to me now too.

I also at one time owned:

Novartis (bought right after the merger - made some money but got out too soon)

Teledanmark (got out way too soon and missed the fun)
