Entertainment Blvd and Scour.Net Announce Video Content Partnership
MARINA DEL REY, Calif.--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--April 15, 1999--
Entertainment Boulevard, Inc. (NASD OTC BB:EBLD), operators of entertainment websites including Vidnet, Screen Clips, Netfomercial, and Pro Sports Net (www.entertainmentblvd.com) has entered into a content partnership with broadband entertainment portal Scour.Net (www.scour.net). Under terms of the agreement, Entertainment Boulevard will be the exclusive video provider of the Scour.Net Music Video channel.
Along with Scour.Net's 36 million page views per month, the visibility of Entertainment Boulevard's Vidnet on Scour.Net's main music content page should significantly increase Vidnet's traffic and generate increased ad revenues. Entertainment Boulevard has created a co-branded pop-up player that will allow Scour.Net users to play Vidnet's music videos, enabling the users to select and view an assortment of Vidnet's extensive catalogue of more than one thousand music videos while browsing the Scour.Net site.
In addition, Vidnet is to become a music video provider for Scour.Net's soon-to-be-launched ScourTV, wherein Vidnet will provide music videos for ScourTV; and Scour.Net will provide Vidnet with appropriate branding and shared revenues. Vidnet will have permanent visibility on the ScourTV main page and will have its own content area within ScourTV.
Entertainment Boulevard's Screen Clips will also be a content partner with Scour.Net. Screen Clips content will be included within the movie content area of Scour.Net. This visibility will include teasers about Screen Clips, written information, and artwork. Screen Clips will have prominent positioning and numerous links within Scour.Net.
