Sounds like the voluntary Ch.11 is settled then.

Thought something had to be up. Checked a quote at the open this morning and we were up to 7/8 ask after closing at 3/4 ask.

Very large % move.

Then within minutes we went to 1 1/16 ask.

All on 8900 shares.

No sellers obviously. And not a lot of shares being offered, to get a move like that.
